Wow!! Everyone is so creative!! Love them all but that spring tank top in the top set popped out at me-love the colors-we're doing over my oldest two daughters' room in those shades. Great job everyone!!

OK, I can't pick a favorite, but I can pick the ones I like the best. I love: the ruffle bum, the ruffle tunic, the hankie dreess, the jcrew ruffle dress, the headband from nicole, the zipper headband, the spring tunic, and the couture necklace.
If the rest of all the entries are as good as all these ones are(not just the ones I picked), good luck judging! Better you than me!
Hmmm.....well, I love making little girls clothing so I am going to have to say my favorite is the J. Crew inspired Ruffle Dress from Haley - that is ADORABLE!! Great job!!

I love the Ruffle Dress from Haley as well as the Ruffle Caplet from Rhonda. I think the two would pair together nicely for a party ensemble!

Wow. You are going to have a tough time picking a winner (who votes). My favorite was Chea's necklace, but they all are wonderful. I don't think I could ever think of such great ruffling ideas.
They are all very nice and I like the way you displayed them. If I were to chose only one garment I would chose Ronda's capelet - it's so cute :)
