Olé!

I've always loved this little blue shirt I have, but unfortunately, it is too short for me! One of the many downfalls of being 5'8"! So I decided to scrap it, and make this fun little bolero! I thought it was a pretty good idea to share, as I'm sure all of you have some shirt like this that you can use!

Before:

After!
I left the little pocket on there because I kinda like it! And I used a fun little yellow trim on the inside to cover the seams.

In retrospect, I wish I would have made it a little smaller, so that the ruffles didn't quite meet in the middle. But I'm too tired to fix it now! :o)

Trying to show the yellow lining a little better.

I'm pretty excited about this one! Did I mention that I love ruffles?!
