Invitations

Do you ever totally stress yourself out about silly things like a toddler's birthday party? Paige is turning three on May 1st, and I'm doing my best not to go overboard, which isn't easy for me! :o) Last night I spent the evening making the invitations.

This was her invitation for her first birthday;
I made so many of them, and it took forever! I even handmade the envelopes (apparently I had a lot of time on my hands....)

This year I'm throwing a "Polka-dots and Posies" party, and I thought I'd make the invites a little more simplistic. And they're all different, so it wasn't as tedious!

Simple always makes me smile :o)

P.S. I'm still in the planning stage, so if anyone has a favorite party blog or website, feel free to pass it on! :o)
