M&J Trimming Challenge Entry!
Well, here it is!
This is the project that I did for the M&J Trimming challenge. I turned the trimmings into art to fill a huge empty space on my living room wall! It is-by far-the least beautiful of the entries, I think. (And please don't mistake this perfect honesty for a plea for validation.) but at least it was practical, right? :O)
And if felt kinda neat to make my own "art"!
You HAVE to go over and see what the other challengers came up with! Beautiful things!! I especially love the necklace from Alisa B.....and everything else!!
And tomorrow I have a necklace and tutorial that I've been working on with my sister that I'm pretty excited about, so yay!
Happy Wednesday, friends! :o)
I think it's beautiful, very creative!ReplyDelete
Amazing! I love it against that dark wall.ReplyDelete
I think it looks gorgeous against the dark wall as well...very lovely! And this isn't flattery at all, but I think your project was one of my faves out of all of them. Everyone has headbands and purses decorated with ribbony floraly things...but an art piece is truly unique! Don't get me wrong, I love the headbands and such...it's just fun to see ribbon and trimmings used in a different way! And I agree with on the necklace from Alisa B....so elegant! Have a great day!!ReplyDelete
I love it! It looks perfect in your living room.ReplyDelete
i am in love with this. sooo cute! ♥ how much? i want to buy it!!!ReplyDelete
I really like it. I love homemade flowers to begin with. I am definitely going to be doing this. The color possibilities are endless. I will probably add a little bird to it looking up at the flowers.ReplyDelete
I actually really like this. I think it'd be great in my little girls' room. I may copy your concept : )ReplyDelete
So I went over a looked at all the others and really I loved yours the best, Not really into the fabric necklaces, but I do love fabric flowers.ReplyDelete

I think it is simply fantastic, and you have given me a brilliant idea, I need a place to store all of my barretts and flower hair clips that I sell, wouldn't something like this be adorable! yay more projects...ReplyDelete

i do like all the girly stuff but i think this steals the show.its something everyone "uses" in the house not just the wearer of the neaklace - am i making sense!!!
Not to validate you or anything :o) but your art and the Tea Rose Home ruffle shirt were my favorites!ReplyDelete
Sorry to have to disagree with you Disney...but yours is far-and-away THE best one of all! You ventured outside the box on this one and it was definitely worth the trip.ReplyDelete
