Paige Crafts Five: Pipe Cleaner Trees!

Welcome to "Paige Crafts" #5! Where Paige crafts something and shares it with everyone in her own words. Take it away, Paige! :O)

"Hello, this is Paige! I just want you to know that, um, this craft...I hope you like. And actually me and Mama did it together because we wanted to do something together, so we thought and we thought and we were like: "what could we do with this?" and we thought: "oh, we could make it into a blog post!" which now we're doing. Christmas is one of my favorite seasons so that's why we made a pipe cleaner tree, 'cause it's part of my favorite season. I have two brothers and one is kind of annoying sometimes because he always yells all over the place and he has stinky diapers and my other brother almost peed on us one time! Well, to tell you the truth, he did. Well, he only peed on mommy, I dodged. We wanted to spend time together, so that's why we made it and it was actually pretty fun!

To make a pipe cleaner tree: first you get a stick then you get some pipe cleaners then you like, cut the pipe cleaners and twist them around two times and then first you gotta do like big ones and medium ones and small ones. With the small ones you only do it (twist) once. Then you get a styrofoam ball and cut it into two and then you put the stick right into it and then you have to get a pom pom and glue it with some glue or whatever onto the stick with the pipe cleaners. And that's how you make a pipe cleaner tree!

Merry Christmas! Bye!"

Yikes...sorry about the diaper bit. I can see that Paige has inherited Mommy's tendency to digress...and over-share. Have a great day, guys! And as always, feel free to leave a comment for Paige to read. I'll try to get her to respond to a few this time! :O)

Love!

  9. Hi Paige! I love reading your mommy's blog but your posts are some of my absolute faves!! The pipe cleaner trees are darling... and I REALLY like your pink christmas tree next to your piano, that is so cute!!

I have two younger brothers myself, but now we've gotten older and they are taller than me! :) I can still remember those days when they seemed a little stinky and annoying, but now I think they're really really awesome and a couple of my very best friends. I'm sure one day you and your brothers will all be very best friends too!

    - (Disney, praying you'll be able to adopt those precious boys and make it all official! <3)

Love you two! Hugs from the state of Georgia!

  12. I love how you made different colored trees that just regular green ones. I would have picked those colors too! Thanks for sharing! I have a son a little older than your brothers (he's 1 and 1/2), and he's sometimes annoying and has stinky diapers, but he's a whole lot of fun because he can run (fast!) and even talk a little bit. Your brothers will get more fun as they grow, don't worry! :)
