I absolutely love it!!! I have wanted to color my hair a super bright shade but I have really dark hair and would have to bleach my hair before coloring. This blogger has some great info on diy hair coloring: http://www.thedaintysquid.com/search/label/hair
If I'd thought about it I would have said this was a summer hair colour, but seeing it with a winter background and your grey sweater I think it looks just perfect for this season. Hope it hasn't scared the babies though ;)
Oh Disney, I've been thinking about you a lot lately, worried about how you're coping with the little ones, it's a relief to see you're taking time to do things just for yourself! Your hair looks amazing! It matches how bright and cherry you are! Keep that chin up xox
This looks absolutely beautiful and I'm so glad you did it! I dyed my hair pink in college and I've never regretted it--it was an awesome experience and I can't wait until I have a job where I can get away with it again!!
I love it! I wouldn't have told you not to, so I'm glad enough others did that it talked you right into doing it. :P It was a great choice to go with a mix of pink shades into a solid one...or a solid bright pink, etc. This looks wonderful.
Also, is that your natural lip color or are you wearing a lipstick? My eyes kept being drawn back to your smile even more because the colors match!
I remember that this one was on your list, anyway you already did it for just a few strands but now... waouh !!! Congratulation for daring this, and you're really really beautiful ! Besides you can see "la vie en rose"... Isabelle from France
Love the color. I had a similar color when I was 18 but have recently been thinking about doing something fun like this again (I'm now 31 with 2 kids). You may be the inspiration I need to just do it!
Ohh Disney, I love your posts, you are great fun, and seriousness duke-ing it out. I meet people through their blogs and sometimes I just wish I could be real friends with them, I suppose Spokane is too far? :) Your hair is fantastic.
WAY TO GO DISNEY! I have always threatened to dye mine purple, but figured a minister wouldn't be taken seriously with purple hair! Then, early in 2013, I had purple streaks put in, and then I shaved it all off in soludarity with that hairdresser who lost her job for shaving her head because her sister had lost her hair from chemo? And then, my cousin dyed her hair purple, her long, gorgeous blonde hair! Ticked her dad off royally! Now, my hair has grown back in, a little grayer....and I'm thinking color again.... hey, I'm not in the pulpit anymore, and why not?!
way to go Disney! I've had my hair almost every color, except perhaps green (and the blue was more of a blue-black) and I loved when I had pink and purple streaks! I have really short hair and thinking of dyeing it fire engine red again! you look amazing!
You are simply beautiful! My boss maybe fired me if i'll go to the office this way... Ps: i've start writing my own bucket list but i find it sooooo hard cause it seems to me like I'm writing only silly things...
Congratulations! You look amazing and I adore that lighter shade of pink! As another pink-haired (sometimes red, sometimes teal) momma, doesn't it feel so ridiculously fun to wake up to something so awesome everyday? I know I smile so MUCH more when I have colored hair and my whole personality becomes equally vibrant. Some of my closer friends and family actually look at me strange when I go back to brown or blonde. ;-)
LOVE IT! I've been wanting blue or purple hair forever. I just never seem to commit. Either I'm looking for a job...or some other reason I can't do it. * sigh * Maybe I'm just chicken, or just procrastinate too much. With a brand new job, it'll be a while again. But I'm so glad you did it! You give me courage to make my change too!
Thanks so much for leaving a comment! I just love finding them! Comments on older posts are moderated, so if your comment doesn't show up right away, it will soon! :o)
